About Us

In 2009 Ashley Wright decided to become a sub contractor. As a sub contractor Ashley worked on new build home sites, bars, restaurants, cinemas and bowling complex's. This gave him the knowledge to understand what is required across every sector of the electrical industry. 

In 2014 Ashley had started to pick up enough work to set up a company and WEC Electrical was born. At this point the company carried out small works and rewires locally. Gradually over the years WEC Electrical started to expand taking on addition onsite staff. In 2019 WEC Electrical moved into its own premises located in Coalville, Leicestershire. Today the company carries out works for various major housebuilders, shopfitters and schools.
